Doctor Dario Gonzalez, FDNY Office of Medical Affairs Physician, interviewed by Captain Elizabeth Cascio, Executive Officer to the Fire Commissioner and 32-year veteran of Emergency Medical Service. Doctor Gonzalez serves as the FDNY representative for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) assignments and activities.
